The ZDB/Z2DB relief valve is a superimposed pilot relief valve used to limit system pressure. There are five control types and four pressure levels. The system pressure is adjusted by the regulating device .
The valve consists of a valve body and one or two plug-in pilot relief valves.
The relief valve is closed when stationary. The pressure of Aacts on the valve core . At the same time, the pressure acts on the spring-loaded side of the valve core through the throttle hole, and acts on the pilot valve through the throttle hole . When the pressure at port A increases until it exceeds the pressure set by the spring, the valve core opens, and the pressure oil flows from the spring chamber of the valve core through the damping hole and the channel to the T port. Then, a pressure drop is generated, which pushes the valve core to open. At this time, the oil A and T are connected. The set pressure of the spring remains unchanged.
The control oil returns to the oil tank from the two spring chambers through the T port.
