WMD directional control valve is a reversing slide valve operated by rotation. It controls the opening, stopping and reversing of flow.
The control valve core (1) is operated by a manual adjustment knob (2) (2×90° rotation angle), and the rotation generated thereby is converted into axial movement through a screw device and directly acts on the control valve core (1), so that the control valve core (1) moves to the required end position, thereby opening to the required flow position. The position of the knob can control the actual switching position of the valve core (1) according to the eye. All switching positions are positioned by a positioning device.
Insert throttle
Due to working conditions, the valve flow rate may be greater than the value on the performance curve during the switching process. In this case, a cartridge throttle valve is required. The cartridge throttle valve is installed in the P oil circuit of the directional control valve.
