Z2FS6 superimposed double one-way throttle valve adjusts the oil flow by changing the size of the throttle end face to achieve flow control.
Free flow through the check valve. When the inlet throttle is controlled, the oil flows from port A1 through the throttle port (1) to port A2. The throttle port is the check valve plate (2).
The size of the throttle opening (1) is adjusted by adjusting the screw (4).
When the oil flows from port A2 to port A1, the one-way spring (5) is compressed to open the one-way valve plate (2), making the valve act as a one-way valve and allowing the oil to flow freely.
Changing the installation position of Z2FS6 superimposed one-way throttle valve can realize inlet throttling or outlet throttling.
Main flow limit (indicated by 2Q in the model)
The superimposed double one-way throttle valve is installed between the directional valve and the base plate to change the speed of the actuator.
Control flow limit (indicated by 1Q in the model)
To control flow restriction, install the stacked double one-way throttle valve between the main valve and the pilot valve.
