WMD directional control valve is a reversing slide valve operated by rotation. It controls the opening, stopping and reversing of flow.
The position of the knob can be used to control the actual switching position of the valve core (1) by eye. All switching positions are positioned by a positioning device.
The control valve core (1) is operated by a manual adjustment knob (2) (2×90° rotation angle). The rotation generated thereby is converted into axial movement through a screw device and directly acts on the control valve core (1). The control valve core (1) then moves to the required end position, thereby opening to the required flow position.
Insert throttle
Due to working conditions, the valve flow rate may be greater than the value on the performance curve during the switching process. In this case, a cartridge throttle valve is required. The cartridge throttle valve is installed in the P oil circuit of the directional control valve.
