The WMM manual reversing valve is a direct-acting reversing slide valve that switches the oil circuit by operating the handle to make the valve core move axially. It has multiple slide valve functions, including two-position three-way, two-position four-way and three-position four-way. Positioners and spring return devices can be selected, and plate connection is adopted.
WMM type:
The valve consists of a valve body (1), a handle (2), a valve core (3), one or two return springs (4) and a push rod (5).
When the handle is not operated, the valve core (3) is kept in the middle position or initial position by the return spring (4). When the handle (2) is pushed to the right or left, the handle pushes the push rod (5) through the hinge and directly controls the valve core (3), and the valve core moves to the required position, thereby obtaining the required flow section.
When the handle returns to the zero position, the control valve core returns to the normal position with the help of the return spring (4). The switching position of this valve is determined by the handle operation.
WMM.../F type:
The principle is basically the same as WMM.../. But this type of valve is a control valve with two or three switching positions and a positioner. Therefore, all switching positions are fixed.
Plug-in damper:
Due to working conditions, the flow rate of the valve may exceed the flow rate specified on the valve performance curve during the switching process. At this time, a damper is required. It is installed in the P chamber or oil circuit of the valve.
This valve adopts plate connection. Compared with other domestic series valves, it has the advantages of small size, large flow capacity, good reliability, etc. It can be used with superimposed valves of the same diameter. It is widely used in various industries such as engineering machinery, coal mining machinery, chemical machinery, economic machinery, locomotives, etc.
