The ZDBD type stacking relief valve is a stacking mounted direct acting relief valve used to limit system pressure. It consists of a valve body (1) and one or two relief valve plug-ins. The relief valve plug-in mainly includes a valve sleeve (2), a spring (3), a cone valve core (4), an adjusting device (5) and a valve seat (6).
If the pipeline pressure exceeds the set value of the spring (3), the cone valve core (4) opens. If the pipeline pressure is lower than the set value of the spring (3), the spring (3) presses the cone valve core (4) onto the valve seat (6). When the difference between the set pressure and the actual pipeline pressure reaches a certain value, a leak-free seal can be achieved between the cone valve core (4) and the valve seat (6), thereby cooperating with the hydraulic lock to prevent the working cylinder from falling due to its own weight when it is in the stop position.
This product is particularly suitable for use as a safety valve for actuators that require stacking installation and have strict control requirements on internal leakage.
