★Functional Description
TY-DZ type pressure valves are pilot-operated sequence valves. They are used for pressure-related secondary circuit switching
switching. The sequence valve consists of a main valve (1) with a main spool insert (7), an optional check valve (3) with a pressure regulating assembly, and a pilot valve (2).

When this pressure exceeds the setting value of the spring (8), the pilot spool (5) moves against the spring (8). This pressure signal is obtained internally from port A via the control line (4.1). The oil from the spring chamber of the main spool (7) flows into channel B via the liquid resistance (9), the console shoulder (10) and the control lines (11) and (12). In this way, a pressure drop is generated at both ends of the main spool (7), ports A to B are opened and connected, and the pressure set by the spring (8) remains constant. Leakage oil from the pilot spool (5) is introduced internally via the oil circuit (13) into the oil channel B. An optional check valve (3) is installed for the free return of oil from ports B to A. At the same time, the pressure at port A acts on the spring chamber of the main spool (7) through the hydraulic resistance (6). When the pressure at port X exceeds the setting value of the spring (8), the control piston (5) overcomes the spring (8) and moves, allowing the oil to flow from the spring chamber of the main spool (7) into the spring chamber (17) of the pilot valve (2) via the liquid resistor (9) and the hole (16) and the pressure peak in the spring chamber of the main spool (7) decreases. As a result, the oil can flow with minimum pressure loss from port A to port B. The control oil in the spring chamber (17) should be discharged to the tank without pressure via line (14) or (15). An optional check valve (3) can be fitted for the free return of oil from port B to port A. The oil in the spring chamber (17) should be discharged without pressure into the tank via line (14) or (15).
