Directional valve type 4WEH...
WEH directional valve is a directional valve with electro-hydraulic operation.
Used to control the start, stop and direction of liquid flow.
This type of valve consists essentially of a valve body (1), a control spool (2), a main valve with one or two return springs (3.1) and (3.2) and a pilot valve (4) with one or two solenoids "a" (5.1) and "b" (5.2). The main spool is held in the neutral or initial position by an oil spring or pressure. In a spring-centered valve, the two spring chambers (6) and (8) are connected to the tank via the pilot valve in the initial position and are supplied with oil via the control oil line (7) to the pilot valve (4). The control oil can be supplied internally or externally (external supply port X). The main spool (2) is hydraulically operated by the pilot valve (4). When the pilot valve is operated, pressure is applied to one end of the main spool, moving the spool to the operating position. Depending on the direction of operation, the valve opens and the oil flows from P to A and B to T or from P to B and A to T. The control oil can be drained internally or externally. The optional manual emergency operator (9) can operate the control valve core (10) in the pilot valve (4) when the solenoid is not energized.

The WH type directional valve is a hydraulically operated directional spool valve.

This type of valve mainly consists of a valve body (1), a control valve core (2), a main valve with one or two return springs (3.1) and (3.2), and a control connecting plate (11) in the case of spring centering or spring return. The valve core is directly operated by hydraulic pressure. The valve core is held in the middle or initial position by a spring or hydraulic pressure. The control oil is supplied and drained from the outside. Three-position four-way valve with valve core spring centering In this type of valve, the control valve (2) is held in the middle position by two centering springs. The two spring chambers (6) and (8) are connected to the oil ports X and Y through the connecting plate (11). When the valve core (2) is pressurized at one end, the valve core moves to its working position, thereby connecting the corresponding oil circuit.
Three-position four-way valve with hydraulic centering of valve core
In this type of valve, the control valve core (2) is kept in the middle position by the pressure acting on both ends of the valve core through the connecting plate to the oil ports X and Y. A centering valve sleeve (12) supported in the valve body keeps the valve core in the middle position. By removing the oil pressure on one end of the valve core, the main control valve core (2) moves to the required operating position. The main valve is unloaded on one side, and the return control oil flows through the pilot valve to the Y chamber. (External oil drain)
