★Functional Description
The TY-DZ 6DP type valve sequence is a direct-acting valve for pressure-related sequence switching in the secondary circuit.
The sequence pressure is set by the adjusting element (4).
The spring (3) holds the spool (2) in the initial position and closes the valve. p-port pressure enters the face of the spool via the control channel (6) and the resulting force is applied to the spool (2) opposite the spring (3). When the pressure in port P reaches the set value of the spring (3), the spool (2) moves to the left so that port P is connected to port A and oil flows into port A without a drop in pressure in port P. The control signal is transmitted from port P via the control channel (6).
The control signal is obtained internally from the P port via the control path (6) or externally via the B port (X).
Depending on the application of the valve, leakage oil can be returned externally through port T (Y) or internally through port A. The valve can also be used to control the leakage oil from port B (X).
For internal leakage, the set opening pressure increases the pressure in pipe "A".
An optional check valve (5) is fitted for the free flow of oil from A to P.
The gauge connection (1) is used to monitor the set sequence pressure.
