The ZDR6D valve is a superimposed three-way structure direct-acting pressure reducing valve. It has a pressure reducing function for the secondary circuit and is used for pressure reducing in hydraulic systems.
The valve comprises a valve body (1), a control valve core (2), two pressure regulating springs (3), a pressure regulating mechanism (4) and a one-way valve for selection.
DA Type:
In the static state, the valve is normally open and oil can flow freely from port A1 to port A2. The pressure at port A2 acts on the piston area opposite the compression spring through the control oil passage (5). When the pressure at port A2 exceeds the setting value of the spring (3), the control valve core (2) moves to the control position and the pressure at port A2 remains stable. Signal and control oil are supplied from the inside of port A2 through the control oil passage (5).
If the pressure at port A2 continues to increase due to external force acting on the actuator, the valve core continues to move in the direction of the compression spring (3). In this way, port A2 is connected to the tank via the shoulder (9) on the control piston (2). Sufficient oil flows back to the tank to prevent the pressure from increasing further.
The spring chamber (7) is connected to the oil port T (Y) through the hole (6) to drain the oil from the outside to the oil tank. The pressure gauge port (8) is used to monitor the secondary pressure of the valve. In the DA model, only the oil port from A2 to A1 can be added to the check valve to make the flow path unobstructed.
DP and DB types:
In DP type, port P1 is depressurized. Signal and control oil are supplied internally from port P1. In DB type, port P1 is depressurized. But control oil is taken from port B.
