4WEH. Directional valve
WEH directional valves are electro-hydraulic operated directional valves. They are used to control the opening, stopping and direction of a fluid flow.
This valve consists of a valve body, a control spool, a main valve with one or two return springs a pilot valve with one or two solenoids "a" and "b" . The main spool is held in the center or initial position by an oil spring or pressure. In a spring-centered valve, the two spring chambers and are connected to the oil tank via the pilot valve in the initial position and oil is supplied to the pilot valve via the control oil line. The control oil can be supplied internally or externally (external supply port X). The main spool is hydraulically operated by the pilot valve. When the pilot valve is operated, pressure is applied to one end of the main spool, moving the spool to the operating position. Depending on the direction of operation, the valve opens and the oil flows from P to A and B to T or from P to B and A to I. The control oil can be drained internally or externally. The optional manual emergency operator can operate the control spool in the pilot valve when the solenoid is not energized.
Directional valve type 4WH
Directional valves type WH are hydraulically operated directional spool valves. They are used to control the opening, stopping and direction of the flow.
This valve consists of a valve body, a control spool, a main valve with one or two return springs and in the case of spring centering or spring return, and a control connection plate. The spool is directly operated by the pressure. The spool is held in the center or initial position by a spring or hydraulic pressure. The control oil is supplied and drained externally. 4-way valve with spring centering In this valve type, the control valve is held in the center position by two centering springs. The two spring chambers and are connected to the oil ports X and Y through the connecting plate . When the valve core is pressurized, the valve core moves to its working position, thereby connecting the corresponding oil circuit.
