The DZ6DP sequence valve is a direct-acting valve for pressure-dependent switching of the secondary circuit. The sequence pressure is set via the adjusting element (4).
The spring (3) holds the valve core (2) in its initial position, and the valve is closed. The pressure at port P enters the end face of the valve core through the control passage (6), and the force generated acts on the valve core.
When the pressure at port P reaches the set value of the spring (3), the valve core (2) moves to the left to connect port P and port A, so that the oil flows into the inlet without the pressure at port P decreasing.
The control signal is obtained internally from the P port via the control path (6), or provided externally via the B port (X).
Depending on the application of the valve, leakage can be returned externally through port (Y) or internally through port A.
