Pressurized oil acts directly on the spool, and when the liquid pressure exceeds the spring force, the valve port opens and the liquid overflows. Lower regulating pressure is connected to the external control port of the pilot operated relief valve to realize remote control.
Precautions for use
When adjusting the pressure, loosen the lock nut first, turn the handle slowly in clockwise direction when increasing the pressure and counterclockwise direction when decreasing the pressure. After pressure adjustment, the lock nut must be tightened.
If the internal volume of the remote control piping is too large, vibration may occur, so please use a pipe with an internal diameter of 4mm for piping.
The piping inside the tank should not be connected to other valve return pipes, but should be returned directly to the tank.
When used for remote control of the main valve, the system pressure will be the set pressure of the main valve after the remote control valve is fully closed.
