Product Characteristics

WE10-L5X series directional valve is an electromagnetic reversing slide valve with the function of adjusting the switching time, which is used to control the opening, stopping and flow direction of the oil.
The directional control valve mainly comprises a valve body (1), one or two electromagnets (2), a control valve core (3) and a return spring (4).
In the de-energized state, the control valve core (3) is held in the middle or initial position (except for the impulse valve) by the return spring (4). The control valve core (3) is operated by the wet solenoid (2).
In order to ensure satisfactory operation, it is important that the pressure chamber of the solenoid is filled with oil.
The force of the solenoid (2) acts on the control valve core (3) through the push rod (5), pushing it from the initial position to the required position, which allows the oil to flow freely from P to A, B to T or P to B, A to T.
When the solenoid (2) is de-energized, the control valve core (3) is pushed to the initial position by the return spring (4). The manual emergency operation (6) can control the movement of the valve core (3) when the solenoid is not energized.
Effect on switching time (only DC solenoids can be used)
When using a 5-chamber directional valve of the WE10-L5X series, the switching time can be extended to 100 ms or even longer by installing a selected "C" type throttling screw (7) or an "AO." throttling orifice (8). The switching time is affected by factors such as pressure, flow and oil viscosity, depending on the installation situation. When the valve core (3) is in the middle or initial position, the spring chambers at both ends are filled with oil. During the switching process of the valve core, the oil in the spring chamber will flow through the connecting channel (9) to enable the valve core to switch smoothly. By restricting the connecting channel (9) (such as screwing in a throttling screw or throttling orifice to reduce the flow area), the switching time can be adjusted according to actual needs.

This valve is a two-position valve with double electromagnets. When the power is off, the valve core has no fixed position.
Model WE10.L5X/OF... (Pulse Slide Valve) (only for functions A, C and D)
This valve is a two-position valve with dual electromagnets and a positioner. It can be kept in any position without the electromagnet being continuously energized.
Insert restrictor (type 4WE10.L5X/.../B...)
When it is necessary to limit the flow into the valve, a throttle can be installed at the P port.
