The electro-hydraulic reversing valve is composed of a solenoid reversing valve as a pilot valve and a hydraulic reversing valve. The solenoid valve introduces oil to push the main slide valve to change the direction of the main oil circuit. It is suitable for hydraulic systems that require a large flow rate. A damper is added between the solenoid valve and the hydraulic slide valve to adjust the speed of the slide valve reversal.
The control pressure oil that drives the hydraulic valve core can be introduced from the outside or from the inside of the hydraulic valve. The product is installed in the external control mode when it leaves the factory. If you want to achieve internal control, just rotate the pilot valve solenoid valve 180° and block the control oil inlet of the pilot valve. The damper should be installed together.
For valves with M, K, and H sliding valve functions, if the control pressure oil is supplied by the main oil circuit, or the internal control form is adopted, in order to make the hydraulic valve core work reliably, the pressure in the main oil circuit must be kept greater than the control pressure value.
Control the return oil pressure, which shall not be greater than the allowable pressure of the T oil port of the pilot electromagnetic.
Adding a damper between the pilot electromagnetic valve and the hydraulic valve can adjust the speed of the hydraulic valve core switching. Adding a double damper can adjust the switching speed in both directions separately. Adding a single damper can make the switching speed in both directions fast or slow at the same time. For the electro-hydraulic reversing valve connected by screw mosquitoes, adding a single damper when the control oil is introduced from the outside cannot adjust the speed of switching.Even for the valve with threaded connection, it should be fixed on the processed mounting surface by screws, and it is not allowed to support the valve with pipes in the air. For the two-position four-way valve, it is more important to install the valve axis horizontally.
The power supply voltage of the pilot solenoid valve is AC 110V, 220V and 380V, DC 24V and 110V, etc. Please specify when ordering.
Recommended working medium: Use YN-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, oil temperature 10-65ºC. The hydraulic system should be equipped with an oil filter with a filtration accuracy of not less than 30 μm.
