The ZDB/Z2DB relief valve is a superimposed pilot relief valve used to limit system pressure. There are five control modes and four pressure levels. The system pressure is adjusted by the regulating device (4).
The valve consists of a valve body (7) and one or two cartridge-type pilot relief valves.
When stationary, the relief valve is in a closed state. The pressure at port A acts on the valve core (1). At the same time, the pressure passes through the throttle hole (2) and the spring-loaded side of the valve core (1), and acts on the pilot valve (6) through the throttle hole (3). When the pressure at port A increases until it exceeds the pressure set by the spring (5), the valve core (6) opens, and the pressure oil flows from the spring control of the valve core (1) through the damping hole (3) and the channel (8) to the T port. Then, a pressure drop is generated, which pushes the valve core (1) to open. At this time, the oil ports A and T are connected. The set pressure of the spring (5) remains unchanged.
The control oil returns to the oil tank from the outside through two spring control ports.
