The Z2FRM10 valve is a two-way flow control valve with superimposed installation.
The 2FRM10K valve is a two-way flow control valve for plug-in installation.
The Z2FRM10 speed regulating valve is used to keep the flow rate constant regardless of pressure and temperature. It mainly consists of a valve body (1) and one or two 2FRM10K speed regulating valves (9).
The throttling effect from port A1/B1 (A) to port A2/B2 (B) occurs at the throttling area (3). The throttling lever (4) is driven by the adjusting element (2). In order to keep the flow rate at port A2/B2 (B) constant and independent of the pressure, a pressure compensator (5) is installed below the throttling area (3).
The pressure compensator (5) is pressed against the screw sleeve (8) by the compression spring (7). When there is no oil flow through the valve, the pressure compensator (5) remains in the open position.
As a result, the pressure present at port A1/B1 (A) acts on the pressure compensator (5). This causes the pressure compensator (5) to move until a force equilibrium position is reached.
If the pressure at port A1/B1 (A) increases, the pressure compensator (5) moves in the closing direction until the forces are balanced again. Since the pressure compensator (5) continuously compensates, a constant flow rate is achieved.
There is free return flow from port A2/B2 (B) to A1/B1 (A) via the non-return valve (6).
