The DR10DP valve is a three-way direct-acting pressure reducing valve, which has a relief function on the pressure reducing side to ensure the stability of the secondary pressure.
The pressure in the valve is set by the pressure regulating element (1). In the static position, the valve is normally open and the oil can flow freely from the oil port to the oil port A. The pressure of the oil port A also acts on the pressure spring (3) through the control oil line (4).
The small valve core (9) is located on the opposite end face of the small valve core (9). When the pressure of the oil port reaches the set pressure of the spring (3), the small valve core (9) pushes the valve core (2) to move to the control position and keeps the pressure of the oil port A constant. The oil of the control valve is taken from the oil port A through the control hole (4). If the pressure of the oil port A continues to rise due to external force, the shoulder (5) on the valve core (2) opens, the oil path of the oil port is opened, and the excess oil flows into the oil tank to prevent the pressure from rising further. The spring chamber (6) is drained from the outside to the oil tank through the oil port.
The presence of an optional non-return valve (7) allows free flow of oil from port A to port B.
A pressure gauge interface (8) is provided to monitor the secondary pressure.
