3DREP(E)6... The 3DREP(E)6...L2X 3-way proportional pressure reducing valve is directly driven by a proportional solenoid, which converts the input electrical signal into a proportional pressure output signal. The valve consists of a valve body, a control spool, a pressure detecting spool, a threaded proportional solenoid and an optional built-in amplifier.
When the solenoids are not energized, centering springs hold the control spool and pressure check spool in the center position. When a solenoid is energized, it directly actuates the control spool.
For example, when the left solenoid "a" is energized: the solenoid will push the pressure detecting spool and the control spool to the right, the spool displacement is proportional to the electrical input signal, and the P port to the B port and the A port to the T port are connected through the spool and the body of the valve formed by the gradual throttling port to form a gradual pressure and flow characteristics, the throttling port from the P port to the B port constitutes a pressure reducing valve, and the P port to the B port constitutes the throttling port. P port to B port of the throttle port constitutes a pressure reducing valve port, B port control pressure and the left solenoid "a" drive current is proportional.
When the left solenoid "a" is de-energized: under the action of the pressure spring, the control spool returns to the neutral position, and when it is in the neutral position, the A and B ports are connected to the T port. Therefore, the pressure oil can flow back to the tank directly.
The working principle of two-position valve is similar to that of three-position valve, but only one solenoid is retained in the structure and a screw plug 3DREP(E)6...L2X 3-way proportion is mounted on the position of the other solenoid. L2X three-way proportional pressure reducing valve adopts plate connection, has three pressure levels, easy to use, good sensitivity and repeatability, suitable for controlling the pressure and flow direction of the system hydraulic oil.
