ZDR type superimposed three-way structure direct-acting pressure reducing valve. It has the function of reducing pressure on the secondary circuit and is used for reducing pressure in hydraulic systems.
The valve comprises a valve body (1), a control valve core (2), a pressure regulating spring (3), a pressure regulating mechanism (4) and an optional non-return valve. The secondary pressure is set by the pressure regulating mechanism (4).
Model "DA":
In the initial position, it is open. Hydraulic oil can flow unrestricted from the working port A1 to the working port A2. Through the pilot line (5), the pressure in port A2 is simultaneously applied to the valve core surface against the compression spring (3). If the pressure in port A2 rises above the value set at the compression spring (3), the control valve core (2) will move against the compression spring (3) to the control position and thus keep the set pressure in port A2 constant. The control signal and pilot oil are supplied from the inside of port A2 via the control line (5). If the pressure in port A2 continues to increase due to external forces acting on the actuator, the control valve core (2) will continue to move against the compression spring (3). Therefore, port A2 is connected to the tank (port TB) via the control edge (6) at the control valve core (2) and the valve body (1). Hydraulic oil continues to flow to the tank until the pressure no longer increases. The leakage oil from the spring chamber (7) always returns to the tank through port TA. The pressure gauge port (8) is used to detect the secondary pressure of the control valve.
For version "DA", the non-return valve can be used for free return flow from port A2 to A1.
Models "DP" and "DB":
For version "DP", the pressure in port P1 is reduced and the control signal and pilot oil are provided internally via port P1. For version "DB", the pressure in port P1 is reduced, however, the pilot oil is obtained from port B.
