★Functional Description
TY-ZDR6D pressure reducing valve is a three-way direct-acting pressure reducing valve of stacked structure, which has the function of reducing pressure in the secondary circuit. It is used for system pressure reduction. It consists of a valve body (1), a control spool (2), a compression spring (3), a regulating element (4) and an optional check valve.
The secondary pressure is set by the regulating element (4).
Type "A"
In the static position, the valve is normally open and the oil flows freely from port A1 to port A2. The pressure at port A2 is applied via the control line (5) to the piston area opposite the compression spring at the same time. When the pressure at port A2 exceeds the setting value of the spring (3), the control spool (2) is moved to the control position and the pressure at port A2 is stabilized.
Signal and control oil are supplied from inside port A2 via the control line (5). If the pressure in port A2 continues to rise due to external forces acting on the actuator, the spool continues to move towards the compression spring (3).
In this way port A2 is connected to the tank via the shoulder (9) on the control piston (2). Sufficient oil flows back into the tank to prevent the pressure from rising further. The spring chamber (7) drains oil to the tank from the outside through the hole (6) to the oil port T (Y). The gauge connection (8) is used for secondary pressure monitoring of the valve.
In the "A" type, the check valve can only be filled with oil from A2 to A1 in order to clear the flow path.
Type "P" and "B" In type "P", port P1 is depressurized. In the "P" type, port P1 is depressurized. Signal and control oil is supplied from inside port P1.
In the "B" type, port P1 is depressurized, but the control oil is taken from port B. Note: In the "B" type, when the directional valve is in the P to A position, make sure that the pressure at port B is not higher than the setting pressure. Otherwise, the pressure at port A will decrease.
