DB···50C series pilot-operated relief valves are available in three sizes (plate type): 10, 20 and 30, and in five sizes (tube type): 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30. The set pressures are 5.0MPa, 10MPa, 20MPa, 31.5MPa and 35MPa. The flow rates are 250L/min (size 10), 500L/min (size 15, 20 and 25) and 650L/min (size 32). The connection modes are plate type, tube type and plug-in type.
Compared with the DB···3XC series pilot relief valve introduced and mass-produced by our company, the DB···50C series pilot relief valve has higher working pressure and stronger flow capacity. This valve can be widely used in hydraulic systems of lifting and transportation, construction machinery, engineering vehicles, machine tools, ships, metallurgy and other equipment.

The DB/DBW 50 series pressure control valve is a pilot-operated relief valve. The DB type is used to limit the system pressure, while the DBW type is used to limit the system pressure and unload it with the help of a solenoid reversing valve.
The DB type relief valve consists of a main valve (1) with a main valve core assembly (3) and a pilot valve (2) with a pressure setting element.
DB/DBW type relief valve:
The control pressure of oil circuit A acts on the main valve core (3). At the same time, the pressure acts on the spring-loaded side of the main valve core (3) and the ball valve core (8) of the pilot valve (2) through the throttle holes (4), (6) and (7). If the pressure of oil circuit A exceeds the setting value of the spring (9), the pilot valve core (8) opens. The signal is drawn from the inside of oil circuit A through the control channels (10) and (6). The oil on the spring-loaded side of the main valve core (3) flows through the throttle hole (11) of the control channel (7) and the ball valve core (8) and flows through the spring chamber (12). From there, the oil returns to the oil tank from the inside through the control oil circuit (13) (DB-50C/... type); or returns to the outside through the control oil circuit (14) (DB...50C/...Y... type). The throttle holes (4) and (5) produce a pressure drop on the main valve core (3), thereby A and B ports are connected. Oil flows from A to B while keeping the set working pressure constant.
The relief valve can be unloaded or switched to a different pressure (second stage pressure) by means of remote control port "X" (15).
DBW type relief valve:
In principle, the function of this valve is the same as that of the DB valve. The unloading of the main valve core (3) is achieved by the action of the electromagnetic reversing valve (16).
